It may not be on the radar for dessert all that often in Australia or the US, but in France and the UK cheese is most definitely a fixture after the main event.
We’re excited to announce our November SABH theme: Say Cheese!
Cheese can be can be incorporated into a dessert, or served as a course on its own with a few choice crunchy and sweet accompaniments. So make cheese the star of the show or use it as an ingredient — we’re already dreaming about classic NY cheesecake and creamy mascarpone laden tiramisu, goat’s cheese truffles, cheddar topped apple pie and even vegan cashew-cheese danishes.
Let your imagination run wild, all we ask is you use cheese (or any cheese substitute you wish) in your SABH dessert for November.
This month the cheese-mad Nic from Nic Cooks is hosting when the hop opens.
